Consistency and obsession should never be mistaken for one another.

On a Sunday, who else is already thinking about the week ahead and how training fits into it? 🙋‍♀️
I still look for where and when I can work out when I’m out of town for business or even on vacation. That’s not accidental—that’s pre-planning, and pre-planning is what supports consistency.

Is that obsession?
Maybe. But it’s a healthy obsession.

As long as it doesn’t consume your entire day or steal joy from your life, it’s a positive habit. Movement is part of who you are, not something you squeeze in when it’s convenient.

And let’s be real—there are days and even weeks when consistency just isn’t possible. Life happens. I get it.

The good news? The body is forgiving. When you return to your routine, it responds. You’ll be rewarded physically and mentally every time you recommit.

Consistency doesn’t mean perfection.
It means you always find your way back. 💪✨
